Shipping Policy

Dispatch Timeframes

We do our best to dispatch orders within 1 business day of receiving payment. Orders are packed and dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
During peak or promotional periods (for example, Christmas), dispatch may take up to 3 business days.

Your order may be shipped from Brunswick VIC or Deception Bay QLD, depending on stock availability and the items ordered.

Shipping Carrier

All Bilinbee orders are shipped via Australia Post only.

Shipping Costs (Calculated at Checkout)

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight/size of your order. All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Free Shipping

Free shipping thresholds are calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping. Gift cards are excluded from free shipping calculations.

Australia (Domestic Free Shipping)
We offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders $50 AUD and over. If your order qualifies, the free shipping option will appear automatically at checkout.

International Free Shipping
We offer free standard international shipping on eligible international orders $150 AUD and over. If your order qualifies, the free shipping option will appear automatically at checkout.

Express shipping (where available) may still be offered at an additional cost.

Local Pickup (Free)

Local pickup is available at no additional cost from either of the following locations (by arrangement):

  • Deception Bay, QLD

  • Brunswick, VIC

If you select local pickup at checkout, we will contact you (or you can contact us) to organise a convenient collection time.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number, so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Estimated Delivery Times (Business Days)

Delivery time estimates start after dispatch and are a guide only:

  • Same City / Nearby Metro: 1–2 business days

  • Interstate Metro to Metro: 2–4 business days

  • Metro to Regional: 3–6 business days

  • Remote Areas: up to 7+ business days

International delivery times vary by destination and local customs processing. Please note that delivery times can vary during peak periods, public holidays, severe weather, or other events outside our control.

Delivery Address (Important)

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout.

We can ship to residential addresses, business addresses, PO Boxes, and Australia Post Parcel Lockers (where eligible). International shipping availability may vary by country.

Authority to Leave / Safe Drop

Where Australia Post allows it, parcels may be delivered using Safe Drop (Authority to Leave).
If you prefer signature on delivery, please contact us before ordering (additional fees may apply, depending on Australia Post options available for your address and parcel).

Parcel Issues (Missing, Delayed, or Damaged)

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

We will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post and follow their investigation process. Once Australia Post confirms the outcome, we will provide an appropriate remedy (such as a replacement or refund where applicable).

Incorrect Address Entered at Checkout

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:

  • Re-shipping: You can pay the re-shipping cost to have the order sent to the correct address (charged at the current Australia Post rate).

  • Refund: You may request a refund for the returned items. The refund will exclude the original shipping fee, as the initial postage service was still provided.

If a parcel is marked as delivered but the address provided at checkout was incorrect, we can request Australia Post support, however retrieval is not guaranteed.

Our Mistake

If we send your order to the wrong address due to our mistake, we are responsible and will resolve it at no additional cost to you (replacement/reshipment or refund as appropriate).

Backorders

Some products may be available for backorder (temporarily out of stock but still available to purchase).

If your order contains a backordered item:

  • Your order will be dispatched once the item becomes available (or shipped separately where appropriate)

  • Estimated dispatch dates are provided where possible but are not guaranteed

  • If a backordered item cannot be supplied within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a refund for that item

International Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
