Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Bilinbee.

We do our best to dispatch your order within 1 business day once received. However, during peak or promotional periods like Christmas, please allow up to 3 days for your order to leave our warehouse.

Approximate shipping times (business days) for Standard Orders are as follows:

  • Same City: 1-2 days
  • Interstate Metro to Metro: 2-3 days
  • Metro to Regional Areas: 3-4 days
  • Remote Areas: Up to 6 days

Please note that these are general estimates.

Your parcel could be sent from either Brunswick VIC or Deception Bay QLD, depending on the items requested.

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct. All orders are sent with Authority To Leave unless requested otherwise.

You will be emailed a tracking number (email sent by Sendle or AusPost) once your order is dispatched so you can keep up to date with its journey.

Important Note on Parcel Issues

In the event that something happens to your parcel (like being missing or late), we will raise our concerns with the courier. Before we can take any further action, such as issuing a refund or a replacement, we need to wait for the courier to resolve the issue. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout and the courier marks the delivery as “refused at address, return to sender”, we are not responsible for the error. In such cases, you have two options:

      1. Re-delivery Fee: You can pay a $5 re-delivery fee to have the item shipped to the correct address.
      2. Refund: You may request a refund. Please note that the refund will exclude the initial shipping cost.

If a parcel is marked as “delivered” to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will contact the courier to attempt retrieval. If the retrieval is unsuccessful, we are not responsible, and a free replacement will not be provided.

However, if we send the items to the wrong address due to our mistake, we are responsible. In such cases, the customer is entitled to either a full refund or a re-shipment of the items at no additional cost.
