Bilinbee sells physical and digital educational products designed for children and families. Product descriptions, images and prices are provided as accurately as possible, however we do not guarantee they are error-free.

We reserve the right to update product information, pricing, or availability at any time.


3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree that:

  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided

  • All billing and shipping information is accurate

An order is not considered accepted until you receive confirmation from Bilinbee.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Payment issues

  • Fraud prevention

If your order is cancelled, you will be fully refunded.


4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Orders are shipped from either:

  • Brunswick, VIC

  • Deception Bay, QLD

All parcels are sent with Authority To Leave unless requested otherwise.

Tracking is provided once your order is dispatched.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our control.

5. Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items

Some items may be available for backorder.

When you place a backorder:

  • You agree to wait for the item to be restocked before shipment

  • Estimated dispatch times are provided but are not guaranteed

  • Your order may ship separately if it contains both in-stock and backorder items

If we are unable to supply a backordered item within a reasonable time, you may request a full refund for that item.


6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Our full Returns and Refund Policy applies to all purchases.

Key points:

  • You may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving your goods

  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Personalised or digital products are non-refundable unless faulty

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

7. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not refundable unless faulty or not delivered.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • Images

  • Designs

  • Logos

  • Flashcards and educational material

is owned by Bilinbee and may not be copied, reproduced or resold without written permission.


9. Privacy

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bilinbee is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage caused by delays in shipping

  • Incorrect use of our products
